cicl.es is a Vienna-based creative studio offering graphic design, motion graphics, 3D visualisation, and advertising services.

2. What Data We Collect

When you use our contact form, we collect your name, your email address, and any information you voluntarily include in your message. By submitting the contact form, you agree that we may use your details to respond to your enquiry and occasionally follow up with you about our work and services.

You can opt out at any time by replying to any email or contacting us at cc@cicl.es.

We do not share your contact data with third parties. Our hosting provider automatically records standard server log data including IP addresses and browser information, used for security and technical maintenance only.

3. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)

Contact form data: Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) — to respond to your enquiry and maintain a business relationship. Occasional follow-up communication: Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) — to inform existing and prospective clients about our work. You may object at any time. Server logs: Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) — for security and technical operation.

4. How Long We Keep Your Data

Contact form enquiries: up to 2 years. If a business relationship develops, for the duration of that relationship plus 3 years. Server logs: typically deleted after 30 days

We do not sell or rent your personal data. Our website is hosted by Cargo Collective — see Cargo's Privacy Policy for details.

6. Cookies

Our website uses only strictly necessary cookies set by our hosting platform Cargo Collective, required for basic site functionality. No tracking or analytics cookies are used. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

7. Your Rights (GDPR)

As an EU resident you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and port your personal data, and to object to its processing including for marketing follow-ups. Contact us at hello@cicl.es and we will respond within 30 days.

8. Opting Out of Follow-Up Communication

Reply "unsubscribe" to any email we send, or contact us at hello@cicl.es. We will remove you from our follow-up list promptly and at no cost.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data. Contact enquiries are stored in a private email inbox accessible only to studio staff.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
